AUGUSTUS LONSDALE
Head of Sales Augustus has been around cruise ships from a young age, starting with his first cruise onboard Queen Elizabeth 2 in 2002, and has sailed on over 35 cruises across 17 brands since, giving him a wide-ranging knowledge and passion for the cruise industry. Augustus joined Windstar in 2023 and oversees all elements of the luxury small-ship line’s regional sales operations, including sales strategy, marketing, commercial & PR. Having sailed on his first Windstar cruise in the mid-2000s, as well as on the Star Class and Wind Class ships in the fleet many times since, working for Windstar is a passion project, as is raising the profile of the Small Ship & Yacht sector.
